1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic Delivery (Pakistan): Orders within Pakistan typically take 5-7 working days for delivery.

International Shipping: We also offer international shipping (including the UAE and USA). Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and courier service (DHL/FedEx).

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation message via WhatsApp or email once your order has shipped.

This message will contain your tracking number, which you can use to track your package on the courier’s website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, Kids Outfits is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with photos of the packaging and the damaged items so we can assist you with a replacement.
